SF6 gas service unit
The compact service unit has been specially designed for very small SF6 gas quantities and is perfectly suited for applications such as SF6 gas handling on medical devices, electron microscopes or in research centres.
The small and compact device includes all functions required for professional and emission-free SF6 gas handling: recovery down to 2 mbar, liquid storage in an external pressure vessel, evacuation of air down to 2 mbar as well as fi lling of the gas compartment to the desired final filling pressure.
