Upgrading SF₆ service carts

The mobile suction pump allows upgrading old SF₆ maintenance devices. Thus it is possible to recover the SF₆ gas from the gas compartment to a final vacuum of 1 mbar by connecting in series the mobile suction pump.

Other features:
