Yes. DILO Grid Solutions carries out professional SF₆ gas handling as well as work with alternative insulating and extinguishing gases such as C4, g³ (G3), EconiQ and Clean Air. This includes the extraction, filling, decanting and recovery of gases, gas analyses and the documentation of the work carried out. These services are carried out by trained specialist staff in compliance with the applicable safety and environmental requirements.
Does DILO Grid Solutions test and retrofit leak detectors and shut-off valves on SF₆ switchgear?
Yes. DILO Grid Solutions carries out leak detector tests, leak tests and functional tests on leak detection systems. Furthermore, DILO Grid Solutions retrofits leak detectors and suitable shut-off valves to ensure that tests can be carried out safely and with the lowest possible gas losses. For the electrical switchgear in question, the functional check of the leak detection system is carried out at least every 12 months in accordance with Article 6(4) of the F-Gas Regulation (EU) 2024/573. The results are documented and assist operators in fulfilling their testing and reporting obligations.
