DILO x KEYOU - DILO H2 ServiceCart for the safe maintenance of H2 commercial vehicles
DILO and KEYOU have jointly introduced the DILO H2 ServiceCart, a special service cart for workshops that can be used for maintenance and servicing of full cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) and H2 internal combustion engine (H2-ICE) commercial vehicles.
What makes it special:
- The H2 ServiceCart is designed to work safely and efficiently with hydrogen technology, i.e. components such as fuel cells and hydrogen combustion engines.
- It offers workshops a mobile, specially equipped solution for maintaining these new drive systems in commercial vehicles appropriately and safely.
- As an example, the device was demonstrated in an 18-tonne H2 ICE truck from KEYOU.
The transition to more climate-friendly vehicle powertrains (H2 fuel cells and hydrogen engines) upstream from workshops with new technical and safety-related challenges. A specialised tool or device such as our H2 ServiceCart helps to implement these and is a step towards an infrastructure that can keep pace with vehicle development.
