Successful test of our H2 service cart at KEYOU

KEYOU is a pioneer in the field of hydrogen mobility and relies on innovative technologies to implement environmentally friendly transport solutions. Our H₂ service cart plays a central role in this, as it enables efficient and safe maintenance of hydrogen-powered vehicles.

Under controlled conditions, the H₂ truck was connected to our service cart via a DILO DN8 coupling. The device then underwent several test phases:

• Basic functions on the test bench: leak tests, inerting processes and measurement of the H₂ concentration after the purging processes.
• Safety standards: Leakage and pressure tests were carried out. The results: After the tests, we can report positively: Our H₂ service cart proved itself in all areas tested.
• Efficiency: The inerting of the H₂ system in the KEYOU truck ran smoothly and efficiently. Safety: All specifications were met – no leaks, no safety-critical incidents. Reliability: The device ran without malfunctions or failures throughout the entire test period.
