Successful test of our H2 service cart at KEYOU

Babenhausen, 19 March 2025 – The further development of hydrogen technology is picking up speed – and we are right in the middle of it! Our brand new H2 service cart has been successfully tested on a truck from KEYOU. The aim was to closely examine the functionality, efficiency and safety of the device and to identify potential for optimisation.

KEYOU is a pioneer in the field of hydrogen mobility and relies on innovative technologies to implement environmentally friendly transport solutions. Our H2 service cart plays a central role in this, as it enables efficient and safe maintenance of hydrogen-powered vehicles.

Under controlled conditions, the H2 truck was connected to our service cart via a DILO DN8 coupling. The device then underwent several test phases:

  • Basic functions on the test bench: leak tests, inerting processes and measurement of the H2 concentration after the purging processes.
  • Safety standards: Leakage and pressure tests were carried out. The results: After the tests, we can report positively: Our H2 service cart proved itself in all areas tested.
  • Efficiency: The inerting of the H2 system in the KEYOU truck ran smoothly and efficiently. Safety: All specifications were met – no leaks, no safety-critical incidents. Reliability: The device ran without malfunctions or failures throughout the entire test period.

What's next?

KEYOU will conduct further tests in the coming weeks to determine the optimal device settings for practical use. The results so far speak for themselves: Our H2 service cart is ready for the future of hydrogen mobility!
