DILO relies on permanent gas reconditioning facility in India
Babenhausen, 11 April 2025 – Following many successful deployments of our mobile separating unit in Asia, the next step is now being taken: A permanent gas treatment base is being set up at DILO South Asia in Goa, including its own laboratory for the production of DILO Certified Gas on site.
Our B121R02 separating unit has been extensively modernised:
- New cooling unit & revised units
- Control system converted to touchscreen & remote access
- Electronic scales for precise process control
- TÜV-tested & ready for use
The plant will first go to Pune for a major project at Hyosung, after which it will be permanently installed at Dilo South Asia.
In addition to the separating unit, the site features state-of-the-art technology for gas extraction, filtering, analysis and processing – all tailored to our quality standards.
Final commissioning will be carried out by our service technician on site. A service contract ensures long-term quality and support.
Thanks to the new laboratory, DILO Certified Gas can now also be offered directly on site in Asia, which is a clear competitive advantage and an important step towards further expanding our strong market position.
