Highlight of the event:

Premiere of the first pilot vehicle for the airport apron - equipped with the pioneering hydrogen drive system from HTM! A significant step towards emission-free airports and sustainable mobility.

Technological milestones:

Also presented was the HTM HyGen hydrogen power generator, which was developed in co-operation between HTM, HENKELHAUSEN GmbH & Co. KG and DILO, our _H2 filling station, which ensures decentralised and efficient hydrogen refuelling, and our _H2 Service cart, which enables safe maintenance of hydrogen engines and fuel cells at the touch of a button.

Expert knowledge & industry perspectives:

In addition to exciting presentations by Dr Bernd Lenzen (VKM - Institute for Internal Combustion Engines and Vehicle Drives, TU Darmstadt), Maximilian Wack & Silas Hofmann (HTM), Christian Scheller (DILO) and Matthias Kellersohn (HENKELHAUSEN), there was also a groundbreaking hydrogen study by Greecon Consulting and valuable insights from Julian Klaaßen (Flughafen Hamburg GmbH) into Hamburg Airport's hydrogen strategy.

Our conclusion: hydrogen is no longer a dream of the future, but a real solution for sustainable mobility and energy. We are excited about the next steps and look forward to working with our partners!
