Donation to the general practice and internal medicine group in Babenhausen

Babenhausen, 28 October 2024 – DILO provides support to the flood-affected general practice and internal medicine clinic in Babenhausen. On 24 October 2024, our CEO, Christian Scheller, and the Managing Director of DILO Grid Solutions, Tobias Sauter, presented the clinic with an ultrasound machine and a defibrillator as a donation.

With this initiative, we want to support the practice team led by Dr Benedikt Kreuzpointner and Simon Müller in their important work and at the same time improve medical care in rural areas.
The flood severely damaged the practice premises, so medical care is currently being provided in temporary premises in the district retirement home on Espach. Despite these difficult circumstances, the team remains committed to providing high-quality patient care. During the handover, Dr Kreuzpointner emphasised how important the donation is for the continuation of the practice and the optimal care of patients. With the defibrillator and the ultrasound machine, the doctors can provide their patients with the best possible care even during this transitional period.

It is particularly important to DILO, and especially DILO Grid Solutions, to make a contribution and support the region in this difficult situation. Tobias Sauter explained that the donation is also an expression of our close ties to Babenhausen and the region.

By providing this medical equipment, we are helping to strengthen healthcare in rural areas in the long term. We would like to thank everyone who was involved in this important initiative and hope that it will make a positive contribution to overcoming the consequences of the flooding.
