When flexibility matters: From portable cylinder carts to mobile vacuum pumps, DILO offers a wide range of solutions for the safe evacuation and filling of arc quenching and insulating gases. Self-closing couplings reliably prevent emissions. Most common global cylinder connections are available as accessories.

When processes get tough: Multifunctional, user-friendly and compact service carts enable safe drying, evacuation, purification and filling.

Mixing units
When precision matters: DILO mixing units produce exact arc quenching and insulating gas mixtures with reliable reproducibility. Thanks to integrated compressor technology, they mix up to four components homogeneously and fill the corresponding pressure vessels without gas loss, even in high pressure ranges.
Compressors
When oil-free compression is most important: Emission-free, long-lasting and low-maintenance compressor units safely compress technical gases to the required test pressure level - without any oil contamination or gas loss.
Accessories
When accessories make the key difference: DILO supplies suitable couplings, hoses, storage vessels and filters, tailored to your arc quenching and insulating gas and to your system requirements – including pressure and vacuum-tight quick couplings (e.g. DN20) with leak rates of ≤ 10-⁸ mbar-l/s and digital weighing scales for safe storage vessels.
