For this purpose, DILO offers TÜV-certified and EC 79/2009-compliant fitting and piping components which remain leak-tight even under high pressures, extreme temperatures and long-term use. Thanks to their patented design and corrosion-free materials, they can be disconnected and reconnected as often as required, always guaranteeing maximum safety and a consistently high level of gas tightness.
DILO fittings and piping are based on the unique DILO sealing principle, which has been pioneering standards in metal forming technology for over 70 years. Sealing is achieved without an intermediate seal compound by direct contact of the tongue and groove seal faces. The DILO torque limiter ensures precise and repeatable execution, producing two ring-shaped sealing lines with maximum dimensional stability. The result: long-lasting high gas tightness, even under extreme temperatures and highest pressure loads. Frequently imitated but unrivalled in performance, this system proves suitable for hydrogen and a wide range of other applications when used with appropriate materials.
