Introduction d'un système de tickets dans la division des services

Afin de pouvoir traiter les demandes de service de manière simple, rapide et plus orientée vers le client, nous avons établi un système de tickets depuis 1er septembre 2023.

Voici ce qui va changer pour vous:

  • Les demandes de service seront uniquement possibles via Service@dilo-gmbh.com (les demandes adressées à un contact direct par e-mail, WhatsApp, etc. ne pourront plus être traitées).
  • Les demandes en double seront automatiquement supprimées par le système.
  • Par conséquent, veuillez toujours répondre directement à l'e-mail reçu et ne modifiez jamais le sujet pour faciliter l'allocation.

Another 10 years have passed since the foundation of DILO Asia Pacific and this event was honoured with a proper celebration.

On this occasion, Mr. Martin Göppel, representing DILO headquarters, handed over a gift to the colleagues in Singapore, showing our gratefulness for many years of excellent cooperation.

The service centre in Singapore was set up in cooperation with our local agent ASPECTUS especially for our customers in the Asia Pacific region, in order to be able to check and calibrate measuring instruments on site. Thus, processing times are minimised so that the instruments are available to customers as soon as possible.

DILO Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is equipped with state-of-the-art measuring instruments. For testing and calibration, only certified test gases are used in conjunction with calibrated instruments, complying with national and international standards. In this way our customers can rely on the highest possible accuracy of the measuring results.
