The Micro Series has been specially designed for very small gas quantities.
These devices include all of the functions found in large systems.

It does not only allow filling of the gas compartment to the desired final pressure, evacuation of air and recovery of SF₆ down to a final vacuum of less than or equal to 2 mbar, but also allows liquid storage of SF₆ in an external pressure vessel.
